About Us
Our Founding Story
Our founder, Chloe Longstreet, started working as a social media consultant in 2015. As she gained credentials and experience, she watched social media platforms change while consultants and agencies struggled to evolve. The result was a lot of cookie-cutter social media posts and strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. But cookie-cutter strategies do not provide results. She looked on with a sense of sadness as she watched companies throw money away on social media content creation services that seemed to enter a meaningless void, never to see the light of day.

Then, she spent countless hours creating content that went into that same void. She was quickly tired of just creating content and realized the importance of strategy and a multi-faceted approach to social media management. She wanted to create results, not content. That’s when the idea for The Social Expansion Project was born.
